Today is the last day of this year’s Sinktember challenge and it is finally Shetani’s turn. I had high expectations from our local swamp girl who must certainly have plenty of experience in dealing with all sorts of quicksand around here. But even so I also assumed that she would have to put some serious effort into dealing with our little pit of doom here. That was not the case. When she saw that pit she just looked down at it for a few seconds, shrugged and took one step back. Before I knew what Shetani was up to, the woman had already leapt to the other side. It took her almost no effort at all. That was impressive and somehow disappointing at the same time. It is not what I had in mind when I prepared this challenge, but I did not make it a rule that you had to actually step into the quicksand, just that you had to cross it from one side to the other. So she succeeded without so much as touching the quicksand’s surface.
So what is this challenge you spoke of? Don't tell me that was it already.
